Apply to run ChatGPT Ads through Soku, prepare a media plan, and understand what happens after you submit your application.

# Getting started with ChatGPT Ads

Soku helps brands apply for and run ChatGPT Ads. Start from your Soku brand workspace rather than looking for a separate OpenAI advertiser registration flow.

## Apply through Soku

1. Open the brand you want to advertise.
2. Go to **Settings → Integrations**.
3. Find the **ChatGPT Ads** card under **Bring Your Own**.
4. Click **Apply**.
5. Add your product, campaign objective, target countries, budget, contact details, and any existing creative assets, then submit the application.

Closing the ChatGPT Ads announcement banner does not remove this entry. You can return to the ChatGPT Ads card in **Settings → Integrations** whenever you need it.

> If the card shows **Applied**, Soku has already received an application for this brand. The Soku team will follow up using the contact details in the application.

## What happens next

After submission, Soku opens a kickoff chat with the application details attached. The agent can research your product and competitors and prepare a client-ready ChatGPT Ads media plan with campaign information, ad concepts, landing pages, and conversation context hints.

Submitting a plan does not silently launch a campaign. Campaign deployment and later changes require review and explicit approval, and newly created campaigns start paused.

Once your reporting account is ready, the ChatGPT Ads card remains the place to access setup guidance and account funding. Campaign reporting appears in Soku after the account has been linked and data is available.

For application and setup questions, the agent should guide you to the Soku application flow above. When you are ready to prepare campaign materials, ask it to create a ChatGPT Ads media plan. If your account is already linked, you can ask it to review or deploy an approved plan.

## Troubleshooting

- **The announcement banner is gone:** go directly to **Settings → Integrations → ChatGPT Ads → Apply**.
- **The card says Applied:** your application has already been submitted; wait for the Soku team to follow up or submit another application if the form is available and your campaign requirements changed.
- **You cannot submit the form:** refresh your session and try again. If the problem continues, use the [Soku contact form](/contact).
