When you authorize Soku AI to connect with third-party advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, etc.), we access and process marketing data from those platforms on your behalf. This may include:

  • Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend).
  • Audience and targeting data.
  • Creative and ad content metadata.
  • Attribution and conversion data.

We only access the data necessary to provide the Service and do so under the permissions you grant during the authorization process.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, queries made, and interaction patterns within the Service.
  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. See Section 7 for details.

Marketing data from connected platforms is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account termination, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
