Your included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Starter and Pro organization admins can buy additional credits for $3 per 1,000, with a 10,000-credit minimum and 100,000-credit maximum per purchase.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect on your next cycle, and your credit grant adjusts to the new plan.
