Madgicx Review and Pricing (2026): The Price Is Behind the Signup

A hands-on Madgicx review and an honest account of its pricing: what the plan actually contains, the one number Madgicx does publish, why the main plan price is not visible to a logged-out visitor, and who should buy it anyway. Verified 2026-09-08.

Prices and limits last verified against the vendor on 2026-09-08.

Madgicx is one of the better-known Meta advertising platforms, and the most-asked question about it is the one its own website will not answer: what does it cost?

This review covers what we could verify on 2026-09-08, states plainly what we could not, and does not repeat a price we have not seen. The Madgicx alternatives page covers what else to consider.

What Madgicx Is

Madgicx positions itself as an "Ecom Ad Cloud" — its own framing, and a deliberate contrast with what it calls the "point solutions" of its 45+ competitors. The product is organised into three published workflows:

  • Optimization — surfacing ad insights and acting on them, including budget automation across ad sets.
  • AI Ads — an end-to-end creative workflow that generates ad creative.
  • Analytics — Meta-focused performance reporting and dashboards.

The through-line is that all three are built around Meta. That is the single most important fact about Madgicx and it determines whether the rest of this review matters to you.

The Pricing, Honestly

Here is what Madgicx's pricing page actually shows a logged-out visitor on 2026-09-08.

The page is headed "Start for Free, Choose Your Plan Later". It asks "What's your monthly ad spend (USD)?" with a slider, and offers a Monthly / Quarterly / Annual billing toggle. Below that sits a single plan card:

Madgicx Pro Complete — with AI The ultimate plan if you wish to enjoy everything Madgicx offers and leverage the most cutting-edge AI tech in all areas: Automation, Targeting, Analytics, Ad Management. See price inside the app $0 /mo Try 100% free for 7 days. Cancel Anytime

That $0 /mo is a placeholder, not an offer. The literal string on the page is "See price inside the app".

What that means in practice

Madgicx prices on your ad spend. That is a defensible model — a tool that automates budget allocation is worth more to a $500k/month advertiser than a $5k/month one — and it is common enough in this category that it should not be treated as a red flag on its own.

But the consequence is concrete and it is the single most common reason advertisers end up on an alternatives page before they have ever used the product: you cannot put Madgicx on a shortlist, or take it to whoever approves software spend, without first creating an account and connecting an ad account. For a lot of teams that is a longer first step than a competitor with a public price will ever ask for.

The one price Madgicx does publish

ItemPriceNotes
Tracking Pro (add-on)$49 / monthPer connected account. Same quarterly and annual discount percentages as the main plan.
Madgicx Pro Complete (main plan)Not publishedSpend-tiered; "See price inside the app"
Free trial7 days, 100% freeCancel anytime

Tracking Pro is described as advanced tracking and attribution delivering accurate first-party conversion data in real time, server-to-server tracking for Facebook ads, and enhanced conversions with Facebook Click ID support.

Note the phrase "for each connected account". If you manage several ad accounts — which is the normal case for the agencies Madgicx markets to — this is $49 per account per month, not $49 total. That is the piece of published pricing most likely to be underestimated when budgeting.

What we are not going to tell you

Third-party pages and older comparisons — including, until today, our own — quote Madgicx figures in the region of $99/month. We cannot verify that against the vendor's own site as of 2026-09-08, because the vendor's own site does not state it. So we are not repeating it as fact.

If you need the number, the 7-day trial is the documented route to it, and it is genuinely free for those seven days.

What It Is Good At

  • Meta depth. This is the real argument for Madgicx. Budget automation across ad sets, Meta-native audience tooling, and reporting built for the platform rather than genericised across five of them.
  • Bundling rather than point solutions. Madgicx's own pitch, and it holds up: automation, creative and analytics in one dashboard beats stitching three subscriptions together, provided you only need Meta.
  • Meta Business Partner status, displayed on the pricing page — a real signal for API access and support paths.
  • A genuine 7-day free trial with no payment required up front, which given the pricing opacity is doing double duty as the evaluation route.
  • Scale. Madgicx claims 200,000+ advertisers, and its case-study and testimonial pages carry named brands rather than anonymous quotes.

The Limits

  • It is Meta-first, and that is structural. Not a gap that a roadmap closes. If a third of your budget is in Google Performance Max and another slice is in TikTok, Madgicx cannot give you blended ROAS or cross-channel attribution, and you will be reconciling in a spreadsheet regardless of how good the Meta reporting is.
  • The price is behind a signup. Covered above. Worth weighing honestly against tools like Predis.ai, which publish every tier and add-on openly, even imperfectly.
  • Add-ons are per connected account. The $49 Tracking Pro line multiplies in exactly the setups Madgicx is aimed at.
  • Recommendations still need implementing. Insight surfacing and automation are not the same thing, and a good portion of what Madgicx tells you still needs someone to act on it.
  • No competitor ad research. There is no ad-library layer, so market context has to come from somewhere else.

Who Should Buy It

Buy Madgicx if Meta is effectively your whole media plan, you spend enough that percentage-of-spend pricing still leaves the tool paying for itself, and you want depth rather than breadth. That is a real and well-served use case, and Madgicx is one of the strongest options in it.

Do not buy Madgicx if you need one view across Meta, Google and TikTok. You will get an excellent Meta dashboard and no answer to the cross-channel question, which is usually the question that prompted the search.

Do not buy Madgicx if you need a price before you can start an evaluation — not because the tool is bad, but because your procurement process and its go-to-market are simply incompatible, and finding that out after connecting an ad account wastes everyone's week.

Start with the trial if you are unsure. Seven days free, and it is the only documented way to see what you would actually pay.

Verdict

A deep, credible, Meta-native ads platform whose biggest practical obstacle for most buyers is not the product but the fact that you have to sign up to learn the price — and whose biggest strategic limit is that it is very good at exactly one channel in a market where most budgets now sit across three.
