VEED Pricing (2026): Every Plan, the Real Cost Per AI Video, and the Two Multipliers Nobody Quotes

Every figure on this page was read off veed.io/pricing on 2026-09-07, in USD. Two things make VEED's pricing harder to compare than a plan table suggests, and both are stated in VEED's own FAQ rather than on the cards: it is per seat, and credits do not roll over. A third — regional pricing — is not obvious at all unless you check the page from two places, which we did.

The Plans

Cost Per AI Video

VEED publishes its own credit-to-video equivalence on the pricing cards, and it is consistent: about 4 credits per AI video on every tier. So the tiers do not buy you a cheaper generation — they buy you more of them, and the effective price per video collapses as you climb.

That curve is steeper than it looks. Studio is 3.2× the price of Creator and buys 30× the generations. Creator caps out at ~1,500 videos for $147, an effective $0.098 each; Studio's $465 beats that rate once you pass ~4,750 videos a year ($465 ÷ 4,750 ≈ $0.098) and keeps falling from there. The catch is the next section: you have to actually use them inside the period.

The Two Multipliers Nobody Quotes

1. Per seat

From VEED's pricing FAQ, verbatim:

"Our plans are charged on a 'per seat' basis so the amount of the plan is multiplied by the number of editors in your workspace. You will be charged when you invite new users into the workspace."

So the table above is a unit price, not a bill:

Two consequences worth planning around. First, the credit pool scales with the seats you buy, so a five-seat Creator workspace has 30,000 credits for $735/year — the same credits as one Pro seat at $265. If your constraint is credits and not editors, buying a higher tier is dramatically cheaper than buying more seats. Second, the charge lands on invite, not at renewal, so a team lead adding a freelancer mid-cycle changes the bill immediately.

2. Credits expire

Also from the FAQ:

"Your plan includes a set amount of AI credits each month or year to spend on AI generations. Your full allowance refreshes when your subscription renews, so you get a fresh batch to use. Credits do not carry over, and you can move to a higher plan whenever you need more."

This is where the annual-versus-monthly decision stops being about the discount. On monthly Creator you get 500 credits a month that vanish; on annual Creator you get 6,000 credits for the year, granted at once. The totals are identical. The shape is not, and video output is almost never even — a launch month wants 900 credits and February wants 40. On the monthly plan you pay for 500 in February and burn out at 500 in launch month. On the annual plan neither happens.

Combined with the price difference, annual is not a 51% discount. It is a 51% discount plus the removal of a monthly ceiling, for the same allowance.

Monthly vs Annual, With the Arithmetic

Because the monthly figures we captured come from a different regional page than the US annual figures, the only honest like-for-like comparison is within a single vantage. From the Hong Kong page on 2026-09-07:

That confirms two things. VEED's advertised "Save up to 51%" is accurate rather than a best-case outlier — every tier lands within a point of it. And the credit allowance is genuinely identical between billing periods, so there is no capacity reason to choose monthly. The only reason is cash flow or an unwillingness to commit for a year.

Regional Pricing Is Real, and It Is Not Small

VEED's FAQ says prices "are listed in your local currency if available, and if not they are listed in USD." What that sentence does not tell you is that the USD number itself changes by market. Read on 2026-09-07, same page, same currency symbol, same day:

The plan contents were identical in both — same credits, same feature bullets, same AI-voice hours. Only the price moved.

What to do with this: treat any VEED price you read in a comparison article, including this one, as a reading from one place at one time. Before you budget, open the pricing page from the network the buying entity actually sits on. We did not capture the monthly tiers from a US vantage on this run, and rather than derive them from the regional ratio we have left that gap explicit — the monthly table above is labelled Hong Kong for that reason.

What the Price Does Not Include

Worth pricing separately when you compare against alternatives:

• A trial. There is no self-serve trial of a paid plan. VEED's FAQ: "We offer a free trial for enterprise customers. You will need a minimum of 3 users." Everyone else evaluates on the watermarked free tier.
• Subtitles beyond fair use. Unlimited subtitle generation on all paid plans, but subject to 50 hours per month fair use, with the better subtitle styles gated to higher tiers.
• Translation. Metered separately and minute-based against the plan allowance. Subtitling a 30-minute video costs no translation allowance; translating it does.

Which Plan to Buy

• One person, occasional video, no team: the free tier until the watermark blocks you, then Creator annual at $147. Do not pay monthly.
• One person, heavy AI generation: Pro annual at $265. The jump from 6,000 to 30,000 credits costs $118/year for 24,000 extra credits — about $0.0049 per additional credit, against $0.0245 per credit on Creator. It is the cheapest capacity on the page by a factor of five.
• A team that needs credits, not editors: buy the higher tier on fewer seats rather than more seats on a lower tier. Five Creator seats and one Pro seat give the same 30,000 credits; one costs $735/year and the other $265.
• A team that genuinely needs editors: budget the per-seat multiplier from day one, and remember the bill moves on invite.
• If the videos are ads: the plan question is the wrong question. VEED has no ad-account layer at any price, so you will be buying a second tool regardless. That comparison is on the alternatives page.
