Zeely vs Creatify (2026): Pricing, Ad-Spend Fees and Credits Compared

Zeely vs Creatify compared from each vendor's own pages, verified 2026-10-06. Zeely: $29.95–$79.95/mo plus a 12% fee on Meta spend run through its partner account. Creatify: $39 Starter, $99 Pro, no published spend fee. Who each one suits.

Prices and feature claims last verified against both vendors' own published pages on 2026-10-06.

Zeely and Creatify get compared because they look alike on the surface. Both turn a product link into AI video and image ads, both have an AI avatar library, and both can send the finished creative to an ad platform instead of leaving you with a file to download.

Read their pricing and help pages side by side, though, and they charge for different things. Creatify charges for production: a subscription buys credits, and its pages publish what a video costs in credits. Zeely charges for production and, on one launch route, for distribution too: a subscription buys credits, and campaigns run through Zeely's Meta partner account carry a service fee of 12% of ad spend. Once your ad budget is more than a few hundred dollars a month, that fee can outweigh the subscription.

Everything below comes from the two vendors' own pricing pages, terms and help centers, read on 2026-10-06. Where a vendor contradicts itself, we show both statements and do not choose one. Where it publishes nothing, we say that and leave the gap empty.

Neither product is ours. Where Soku fits is a short note at the end.

What Changed At Creatify Since August

We last checked Creatify's pricing page on 2026-08-24 for Arcads vs Creatify. The headline prices have not moved: Starter is still $39 for 100 credits, Pro is still $99 for 300 credits scalable to 5,000, and Enterprise is still custom. Several details have changed:

  • Pro seats: the Pro card now reads "Team Collaboration — up to 5 seats (2 included)". In August it said 1 included. The comparison table now shows Pro seats as "Up to 5 (2 included)" too, though another rendering of the same table in the page HTML still shows 1, so the inconsistency we flagged in August is only partly fixed.
  • Pro brand spaces: the Pro card says "up to 5 (2 included)" and the comparison table now lists 2 for Pro. In August the table listed 1 for both Starter and Pro.
  • Performance Agent platforms: in August the Pro card named Meta, Google, TikTok and AppLovin. Today the card says only "Performance Agent + Automations", the table row reads "AI Performance Agent (Meta / TikTok / AppLovin)", and Google is not named anywhere on the pricing page.
  • New lines we did not record in August: Starter says "1 generation at a time", Pro says "Up to 5 generations in parallel", and Pro lists "Ad Clone — remake any ad from a URL".
  • Credit rollover is now answered: in August the pricing-page answer was collapsed and we did not state one. Creatify's help-center FAQ now says monthly-plan credits are "valid for two months".
  • Agent naming: Creatify's help center says Ad Agent "replaces Creative Agent" and is now "the main way to create ads", including a native iOS app.

Zeely's Verified Price Table

Read from zeely.ai/pricing, which redirects to zeely.ai/price/, on 2026-10-06. Zeely lists the cards in the order Starter, Growth, Plus. We have sorted them by price.

PlanPrice shownStruck-through priceCreditsEffective cost per 1,000 credits
Starter$29.95/mo$49.952,500~$11.98
Plus$49.95/mo$89.955,000~$9.99
Growth ("Most popular")$79.95/mo$149.9510,000~$8.00

All three cards list the same thirteen features: marketing video ads, edit-ready templates, paid campaigns, viral campaigns, talking reels, prompt to ad, brand-inspired remix, batch static ads, avatar customization, AI image enhancer, early feature access and priority support. The only difference between plans is the number of credits.

Zeely's own pages leave several pricing questions open:

  1. The FAQ contradicts the cards. Under the cards, the FAQ says "Zeely offers a variety of pricing plans for businesses, starting at $19.99 per month". No $19.99 plan appears on the page.
  2. Prices may differ by channel and billing period. The same FAQ says plans come in "monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and weekly" durations and that "the plans available in the app and on the website may vary". Each card is labelled "Available only on the site".
  3. It is not clear whether the shown price is introductory. Each card shows a struck-through price above the one you pay. A help-center article, "Why did my subscription renewal cost more?", explains that promotional discounts "usually apply to the first billing period" and that renewal "continues at the regular plan price". The pricing page does not say whether $29.95, $49.95 and $79.95 are the regular prices or first-period promotions. Ask before you pay.
  4. Trials are paid and convert to the most expensive plan. The help center lists three trial plans: 2 weeks for $19.95, 4 weeks for $29.95 and 8 weeks for $49.95. When a trial ends, the account "will automatically move to the Growth plan at $79.95 per month" unless you cancel or switch.

Credit consumption per video is not public. Zeely's help center says the app shows the exact credit cost on each button and in a "See rates" panel inside the account. That means you cannot work out a cost per finished video from public pages. The per-1,000-credit column above is real arithmetic, but it does not convert into a cost per ad.

EnterpriseCustom"1,200 credits / year"AllAllAllCreatify Studio done-for-you service, custom limits, model fine-tuning, white-label, SLA & IP assignment, dedicated account manager

The page also advertises "Save up to 50% on annual plan". The annual prices themselves, and the prices of the larger Pro credit tiers, were not in the page content we captured, so we do not quote them. The Enterprise card's "1,200 credits / year" still sits oddly beside Pro's 300 credits a month, as it did in August.

Creatify publishes its credit rates, which Zeely does not. Its help article "Credit Usage, Billing and Validity" says Video Ad, Avatar Video and AI Shorts cost 5 credits per 15 seconds of video, rounded up. Revisions cost 3 credits per 15 seconds, and are free on Pro and higher tiers if you don't change the script, avatar or voice. Agent, Ad Flow and Ad Clone are variable and "cannot be determined upfront". That gives a usable floor for the standard tools:

Starter ($39, 100 credits)Pro ($99, 300 credits)
15-second video ads per month2060
Cost per 15-second video~$1.95~$1.65
Cost per 30-second video~$3.90~$3.30

These are ceilings on output from the standard tools, not forecasts. Regenerations and the agent tools use credits faster.

Two contradictions inside Creatify's own documentation. The help-center FAQ says the free plan gives "5 free credits every month" while the pricing page says 10, and it says Creatify supports 29 languages while the Starter card says 75+. The help center also says AI Shorts, Product Video and Video Translation were sunset from the dashboard at the end of May 2026, though they remain reachable via direct links. Where they conflict, we quote the pricing page above, but treat both numbers as open until Creatify confirms.

The Ad-Spend Fee Changes The Math

This is the biggest structural difference between the two products, and most comparisons miss it.

Zeely offers two ways to run a paid Meta campaign, and they cost different amounts:

Launch route (Zeely)Who owns the campaignZeely fee on ad spendSource
Zeely's Meta partner accountRuns "through Zeely's Meta partner account". You pay at a Zeely checkout and Zeely's team moderates the ad12%, or 6% with Booster"What is Zeely's service fee?", "How to launch a paid campaign with Zeely's Meta partner account"
Your own Meta accountYou "manage everything directly through Meta"None. Payments "go straight to Meta, with no additional Zeely fees""How to launch a paid campaign using your Meta account"

The pricing page's FAQ presents the partner route as faster ad moderation that helps "avoid the blocks that often occur" with direct Meta advertising. That is Zeely's claim, and we have not tested it. The cost of that route is easy to calculate:

Monthly Meta ad spendZeely fee at 12%Zeely fee at 6% (Booster)Own Meta account
$500$60$30 + Booster price$0
$2,000$240$120 + Booster price$0
$10,000$1,200$600 + Booster price$0

At $2,000 a month in spend, the partner-route fee alone is three times the price of the Growth plan. Booster's price is not published. The help center says only that it is "billed annually in one payment" and that it doubles plan credits, speeds up generation and moderation, and halves the fee.

Creatify publishes nothing comparable. Its pricing page, terms and the billing articles we read mention no percentage of spend. Its homepage describes launching as "Connect your ad accounts once, launch forever". As far as its public pages show, Creatify charges for credits and nothing else.

The practical rule: if you choose Zeely and spend real money on Meta, connect your own Meta account unless you specifically need the partner route's moderation. The fee depends on which launch route you pick, not which plan you're on.

Capabilities Compared

Only capabilities each vendor documents on its own site. "Not published" means we could not find it on the vendor's public pages. It does not mean the feature is absent.

Credit carry-overPlan credits "refresh every billing cycle", carry-over not stated; extra credits persist while subscribedMonthly-plan credits "valid for two months"

Two caveats. Neither vendor's optimization feature is a measured result. We confirmed each one is offered, not how well it works. And Zeely's design keeps a human in the loop on purpose: its help center says "nothing publishes without your approval". That is a reasonable choice, but it means Zeely does not run autonomously.

Decision Framework By Buyer Type

A solo store owner on Facebook and Instagram, no media buyer, and no Meta ad account yet. Zeely is built for this buyer. It walks you from product link to creative to a live Meta campaign, suggests an audience and budget (minimum recommended $10/day), and its partner account handles the Meta setup for you. Budget for the 12% fee as part of your cost per acquisition. Once spend is steady, move to your own Meta account to drop the fee. Avoid starting on a trial you aren't ready to convert: it rolls into Growth at $79.95.

An advertiser who already runs a Meta ad account. Either tool works. The question is how much creative you need. If you want to predict cost per video before paying, Creatify's published rates let you do it ($1.65–$1.95 per 15-second standard video). Zeely's rates are visible only after sign-up. If you choose Zeely, use the own-account route so you pay no fee.

A media buyer or app marketer spending beyond Meta. Creatify. Its launcher supports Meta, TikTok and AppLovin, and its Performance Agent covers the same three. Zeely's public paid-launch documentation is Meta-only. Its TikTok support that we could verify is organic posting.

An agency or in-house team running several brands. Creatify Pro publishes seat and brand-space limits (up to 5 each, 2 included) and parallel generation. Zeely's pricing page lists no seat or brand limits at all. If you are on Zeely and need multi-seat access, get it in writing.

A team that wants an AI agent to drive the tool. Creatify offers an MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT on Pro. Zeely's agent runs in Slack and focuses on research and briefs: market, competitor, audience and viral-content analysis. These are different jobs. Creatify's connector drives production, and Zeely's agent prepares what to produce.

A cautious buyer who wants to test before paying. Creatify's free plan costs nothing, with watermarked output and enough credits for about two short videos. Zeely has no free plan. Its cheapest entry is a $19.95 two-week paid trial, plus 100 USD in credits if you start through the Slack agent flow.

A procurement-driven buyer who needs a written price. Creatify publishes a table with internal inconsistencies around seats, free credits and languages, which you should resolve in writing. Zeely publishes a table, but its FAQ contradicts the cards, it says prices vary by app vs. web and by billing period, and it does not say whether the shown price is a first-period promotion. Neither is clean, and Zeely leaves more unanswered.

The Honest Verdict

Choose Zeely if you are a small business advertising on Facebook and Instagram and you want one app to make the ads, set up the campaign and post organically to Instagram and TikTok, on the web or on your phone. Go in knowing the 12% partner-route fee, the auto-conversion of trials to Growth, and that the shown price may be introductory. Connect your own Meta account when you can.

Choose Creatify if you advertise on more than Meta, work as a team or across brands, want to calculate cost per video before you buy, or want an agent connector to drive production. Start on Free. Move to Starter at $39 for a single-brand workflow, and to Pro at $99 only if you need the launcher, Performance Agent, competitor tracker, MCP or extra seats.

Do not compare their credits directly. A Zeely credit and a Creatify credit are different units: Zeely sells thousands for about $30, and Creatify sells 100 for $39. Only Creatify publishes how many credits a video costs.

Where Soku Fits

For completeness, since we build in this space: Soku is an AI advertising system rather than a creative generator with a launcher attached. It connects to your own ad accounts, reads what is actually performing, and produces and launches creative based on that data. That includes UGC-style video, which you can also try in the browser with our AI UGC video generator. We publish our pricing. For the ranked landscapes rather than a head-to-head, see the Creatify alternatives and Zeely alternatives breakdowns, or Arcads vs Creatify for how Creatify compares with a vendor that publishes no price at all.
