AI Short Video Generator Built Vertical

Write the hook and the payoff and get a vertical clip back.

Vertical 9:16TikTok · Reels · Shorts
  • 9:16 by default, 1:1 and 16:9 available
  • 4–15 seconds per run
  • Generated audio, or mute it for the feed

Three deliberate steps

01

Write the first two seconds first

Short-form is won or lost before the viewer decides to keep watching. Put the visual surprise at the top of the prompt — the state that is wrong, the thing that moves, the face that reacts — and let the product arrive after it.

02

Keep it to one beat

A run renders one continuous take of up to fifteen seconds. A problem and a payoff fits comfortably; a three-scene narrative does not. Generate the beats separately if you need more than one.

03

Vary the hook, not the ad

Generate the same payoff behind three different openings and let the account pick. Hook variants are the cheapest short-form test there is, and the only one where the platform will genuinely tell you which is better.

Use cases

Who reaches for this, and when

Paid social buyers

Feed the format that eats creative fastest

Vertical short-form burns through creative faster than any other placement, and a fatigued ad usually fails for want of new openings rather than a new offer. Generating hook variants keeps the same proven payoff in market longer.

Ecommerce brands

Cover the three feeds in one pass

TikTok, Reels and Shorts take the same 9:16 asset, so the expensive part is not resizing — it is having a vertical asset at all. One run produces something all three can serve, before you decide which deserves budget.

Small teams without a shooter

Get to a testable ad the same day

The usual blocker on short-form is not the idea but the shoot. Where the alternative is running a static image into a video-first feed, a generated vertical clip is the version of the ad the placement was actually built for.

Questions before you run it

How long can the video be?
Between 4 and 15 seconds per run, and that ceiling is worth knowing before you start because "short video" also gets used for 60-second TikToks. This tool renders one beat. If you need a 30-second piece, generate the beats separately and assemble them in the Creatives canvas.
Is this the same as your YouTube Shorts generator?
Same engine, different page and different job. The Shorts tool is written around one placement, including turning existing long footage into Shorts. This one is written around the vertical ad unit the three feeds share, so the copy and the sample prompts are about hooks, payoffs and variants rather than about a single platform.
Will it work with the sound off?
It should, and you should assume it will. A large share of feed impressions are served muted, so treat the generated audio as a bonus rather than the carrier of the message. Anything essential belongs in the picture or in a caption you add afterwards.
Can I put my actual product in the clip?
Not faithfully, and this is the honest limit. The model invents what is in frame, so a described product is an approximation rather than your SKU. If the specific packaging has to be recognisable, start from a photograph on the image-to-video tool instead of describing it here.
What does it cost?
You get free credits when you sign up on this page. After that each run is charged per second of output, with 480p at roughly half the rate of 720p — so hook exploration is cheap at 4 seconds and 480p, and you only pay for length and quality on the variant you are going to run.
