Most of your day happens inside a brand — its chat, its dashboard, its automations. But once you run more than one brand, you need the view from above: where credits went this month, which brand is waiting on an approval, what your team changed last week. That's the organization workspace — a set of pages scoped to the whole organization rather than to any one brand.
Organization admins only. These pages are visible to organization admins; if you're a member, the entry point won't appear for you. Ask an admin of your organization for the numbers you need, or to be upgraded. Members keep full access to the brands they work in — see Working in a brand.
Getting there
Open the workspace switcher in the top-left corner. Two things take you to the organization workspace:
- the Organization workspace row (with the building icon), or
- the row for your current organization itself — clicking it navigates there.
Both land on Overview. Once you're in, the left nav swaps from the brand menu to the organization menu, with four entries: Overview, Usage & costs, Activity, and Billing. To get back to day-to-day work, pick a brand from the same switcher.
You'll know which scope you're in from the switcher button itself: in the organization workspace it shows your organization avatar and "Organization workspace" instead of a brand name.
Overview — the whole organization at a glance
Pick a date range at the top (7 / 30 / 90 days, or a custom range). Everything on the page follows that window.
Three summary cards:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Credits used | Total credits consumed in the window, with change vs. the previous window |
| Ad spend managed | Total ad spend across connected accounts, grouped by currency |
| Approvals waiting | Items pending your sign-off, and how long the oldest has waited |
A row per brand, showing that brand's credits and ad spend for the window, plus:
- A health badge —
attentionwhen the brand has approvals pending, pausedwhen it had spend historically but nothing in the last 7 days, otherwisehealthy. - Last active — the most recent agent activity in that brand, across all time (not limited to the window).
Recent activity at the bottom shows the last 5 events across the organization, with View all linking into the full Activity page.
Usage & costs — where the credits went
Usage & costs breaks credit consumption down far enough to answer "why was last month expensive?"
At the organization level you get a daily credits chart for the window, with a Split daily credits by toggle — By kind (what the credits were spent on) or By brand (which brand spent them) — plus a low-balance banner when you're running short.
Per brand, the table breaks credits into LLM and API spend, shows the change and growth vs. the previous window, and adds a source split — how much of that brand's usage came from:
- Interactive — you talking to the agent in chat
- Automation — scheduled automations running
- Autopilot — autopilot activity
- Unclassified — everything else
Click any row to drill into that brand's event-by-event detail: every agent turn and API call with its timestamp, source, originating conversation, model and token counts, credits charged, and the balance afterward. Rows charged nothing are labeled with the reason (exempted, unmapped, or free). You can export the detail to CSV for the current window.
Costs are always shown in credits — that's the unit you're billed in.
Activity — the audit trail
Activity is a chronological feed of what happened across the organization: agent runs, organization and member changes, and billing events. Filter by kind (Agent / Org / Member / Billing), by brand, and by date range, then Export CSV for whatever the filters currently show.
Filtering by brand keeps only agent activity. Organization, member, and billing events aren't tied to a brand, so they drop out of a brand-filtered view — that's expected, not missing data.
Billing
Billing lives here because subscriptions, balance, and transactions all belong to the organization, not to any single brand. Plans, credit balance, transaction history, redeem codes, and credit purchases are all on this page.
Non-admins can see the page but not the write actions — those show a prompt to contact an organization admin instead. See Support and refunds for cancellations and refund requests.
In the transaction list, credit deductions link to the usage that caused them via View usage context, which opens the matching brand's usage detail for that day.
Two things that look like bugs but aren't
Unattributed and Unassigned buckets. Some usage and spend can't be tied to a live brand — usage recorded before brand attribution existed, activity from a brand you've since deleted, or an ad account that isn't assigned to any brand. Rather than dropping it, Soku shows it in an Unattributed row (usage) or Unassigned amount (spend), so the per-brand numbers plus the bucket always add up to the total. The Unattributed row is clickable like any brand row.
Per-brand spend can add up to more than the organization total. If one ad account is assigned to several brands, its spend counts once for each of those brands — that's deliberate, so each brand's view is complete. The organization total counts each account only once, so it's smaller than the sum of the rows.
